In 2010 I got infected - The Agile Virus had me

For more than 10 years I was working as developer in different environments. All of them had the same characterstics. Chaos, overwork, failing projects, stressed workers, bad quality. As soon as I saw how Agile and Scrum address these problems I was sold. Since that AHA moment I'm working on bringing the mindset, frameworks and needed toolset to the people I'm working with.
